This exercise involves a method of approaching a problem or concept initiated through the encounter of simple objects. By combining them and finding relationships, I am able to create meaning and possible functions.
The artifacts used were once parts of someone else’s lives or part to someone else’s part. By placing it on the street, the disruption of the context instantly abstracts the object, helping us to visualize it and the potential it might have within a composition. Being so, it becomes the role of the designer to find the most potential from each combination.
