Miguel Leiro is a designer, curator, and educator based in Madrid who focuses on expanding the cultural value of design. After receiving a bachelor's in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute (New York City) he started a practice in Madrid that specializes in products, creative direction, interiors, and branding.

Boca Tabouret is essentially a surface with ahandle. The user then makes the decision whether to use it as a stool, chair or even a table. It exists as something simple, as if it were a sketch in the room. Its manufacturing defends this simplicity, being built from 4 turned components along with the handmade handle, as the interface of the
design. The piece performs according to ones conception of their space, providing for alterations within the environment. The functional flexibility of this design leads to constant modifications within of our living spaces. People use chairs more than to just sit on them.
